I stayed here with my child, extended my stay and booked it again because the apartment itself has very strong points: it is clean, modern, fresh/new-feeling, bright and private. The large balcony/window doors bring in a lot of daylight, and the 8 ceiling lamps make the room practical for remote work, reading and learning; good internet, internet TV, enough sockets, a balcony with a large table - I don't see the point without a balcony; that's the main advantage. The location is ideal for remote work and for those with a child: Norma supermarket, playground, forest, fresh air and parking nearby; the mattress was comfortable, metal shutters were useful for privacy, heat and bright outdoor lights at night, privacy was fully respected, and I appreciated the quality of the dishes and cutlery: Seltmann Weiden porcelain, HEPP Premium 18/10 cutlery and matching glasses. Thanks for extending our stay in the same room so we didn't have to move.

The property appeared under the “kitchen/kitchenette” filter during my first booking, but the actual setup is a breakfast/coffee corner: sink, coffee machine, furniture and large table, with no hob/stove, no microwave and no real cooking setup. The “Kühlschrank” is actually a Hotek/Be Dutch Minibar Atlantic 50: a 50L absorption minibar built into the cabinet. It failed to keep refrigerated food cold enough. I stayed here twice; both times food stayed too warm, spoiled quickly and had to be thrown away. This was later remedied by unscrewing the refrigerator door from the cabinet to improve ventilation. There is no cutting board or decent knife and colander, for making a salad, and nothing for cleaning up — not even a dustpan and brush. I had to buy everything myself. Those staying longer or looking for a social life should keep in mind that there is nothing nearby except a Norma supermarket and a children's playground; it is an area of ​​auto repair shops and car sales lots. During my stays, every day, there is music and bass for 2–5 hours coming from the neighboring apartment, even in sundays, which is occupied by a permanent resident. This caused constant low vibrations and sounds like sitting inside a cinema room. No insect screens, so many outdoor insects enter when airing and gather around the lights/on the walls. The price is too high for suburban apartments that lack a kitchen/microwave and no way to even chop a salad or sweep the floor; plus, the doors are very heavy and difficult to open. There is nowhere to wash and dry clothes. The apartment itself could be rated much higher based on criteria such as cleanliness, light, the presence of a balcony (though not all units have one), privacy, parking, and proximity to nature—provided, of course, that these are the specific qualities you are looking for, as I was.
