Wi-Fi muito ruim

This hotel is brand new and looks clean with an updated style. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. It is directly next door to a nice grocery store, which was convenient for picking up snacks. It is also adjacent to a nice park where lots of people fly kites (fun to watch) and another park called Parque Apolo, which is really lovely to walk around. You are a short ride into the walled city and approx. 10-15 min from the airport.

Since it is a brand new hotel, perhaps there are still some improvements that are being planned. I wish the door lock for my room was more secure. It was a simple push button lock on the doorknob. Adding a deadbolt or chain would make me feel more secure, esp. traveling solo. This is a BUSY big street, and even approaching the hotel in my taxi took quite a long time. It can also be noisy, but that is also true in a lot of Cartegena's central historic area. I wish there was a hair dryer and shampoo in my bathroom. I did not ask for these items at the front desk, so perhaps they do have them available.

Si me gustó mucho, muy buena ubicación muy cerca de todo, el personal muy amable en especial la chica de recepción que nos recibió estuvo muy al pendiente de nosotros y muy amable.

Solo que hay mucho ruido de tráfico muy temprano por la mañana si tu habitación queda exactamente sobre la salida de escuchará mucho ruido exterior.

La ubicación es buena, cerca de la playa y de la muralla. El aire acondicionado funciona correctamente.

Las habitaciones en las que estuvimos están bastante deterioradas. Necesitan una actualización. Hay desconchones en paredes y en general todo bastante viejo y espartano.
