I really liked the quietness of the place and the facilities—the kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom were very clean and in excellent condition, with modern automatic windows in the living room and bedroom.
There was no television; I suggest installing one for rainy days when guests can't go out. The shower didn't get hot during any of the four days I was there. I suggest reconsidering the location for picking up the keys—it shouldn't be so far away.

C'est plus qu'un studio, la chambre est séparée et il y a un canapé lit dans la cuisine. Situé dans une cour au rdc. C'est calme et à 3 min d'une station de métro. Ce n'est pas magnifique, mais c'est grand et confortable
N'attendez pas une jolie déco, c'est fonctionnel, mais le rapport qualité prix pour Paris est imbattable.
