Cozy City Escape at Avida Towers

We LEFT the place. I demanded a refund. Earlier that day, the owner contacted me and asked what time we were coming as they were still preparing the room. This is very unprofessional. Hosts must adhere to rules and standards. Guests are not to adjust if they cannot get their job done on time. But I was patient and allowed it, despite being told to “wait for instructions” in a way that a person with no customer and interpersonal skills would talk. I asked if there was parking. I was told plainly, NO. I asked where we could possibly park, he said find a spot in the building across in the most unhelpful and “go figure” manner. Upon arriving, there was no WIFI though posting said FREE WIFI. Host said he had it removed the day before. But don’t worry, a new one will be installed the next day. But then we were leaving the next day, so I don’t know how that is supposed to make me feel better. The host does not realize the massive inconvenience he has caused by keeping this information. I was looking to stay in and get some work done, and this greatly affects that. Host manipulated me into saying I did not need to be upset as he apologized. But I am not here to pay to be told what and what I should not feel. The towels were USED and WET. The bed had a wet spot, and they covered it with a duvet or comforter. We were going to let it slide since there was a pull-out bed. But then, upon laying down, the beds were ITCHY. And that is the last straw. Overall, the room was dirty! And to think they had us wait as they were still preparing the room. WE LEFT A ROOM THAT WAS ALREADY PAID FOR IN FULL!!!! And the host has the audacity to just say, “nobody is perfect”. THIS HOST HAS NO RIGHT renting out rooms. He has no shame of the services he offers. I reached out to customer service. They said the host did not respond to them, all the while the host was texting me. SUCH A DISHONEST PERSON TO BEGIN WITH.
