Die Wohnung ist sehr modern eingerichtet und super ausgestattet. Der Zutritt zur Wohnung erfolgte über zwei Code-Schlösser, die hin und wieder etwas Probleme machten.
Leider war es morgens unglaublich warm in der Wohnung. Nach Sonnenaufgang scheint die Sonne genau in die Wohnung und auf die Fassade. Bei 22°C Außentemperatur tagsüber hat sich die Wohnung am frühen Morgen bereits auf 27-28°C aufgeheizt. Lüften funktionierte auch nur begrenzt, da man aufgrund des vielen Verkehrs auf der Straße Schlaf gegen Kühle getauscht hat. Für den Preis leider keine Empfehlung.

Super kleine Loft, alles vom feinsten und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet! Alles da, was das Herz begehrt. Und wenn die Renovierung von außen erst mal fertig ist, ist es eine wunderschöne kleine Villa …
