Location and facilities

Was hard to find, the location presented on Booking is not correct. The name of the accommodation is not known or represantable and had to get internet and search with the photos to see it is a privately owned apartment operated by BCaju hotel. The hotel staff wasn’t informed about my stay as it appeared and my messages to the owner on the day before arrival were not answered. When i called the number when I couldn’t find the location, the phone was not answered, which made it extra hard to find the actual location. Instead of being able to pay via Booking.com i was sent a payment link that didn’t work for my credit carda, a second also didn’t work, couldn’t pay at the reception as it is not the hotel renting it out, no ATM in Barra Grande and finally had to pay to a Cayman island bank account. Summarized a tremendous amount of hassle for a simple thing of a short stay requiring a simple credit card payment..

Excelente acomodação

Tudo perfeito

Muito caro.

Café caro e pago por fora. Limpeza ruim.
