The apartment was comfortable, clean, and well located. Once we were able to enter, we enjoyed our stay. The room matched the photos, and the facilities were good.
We booked the accommodation late in the evening and arrived at around 4:00 AM. Unfortunately, we never received the check-in instructions or access information by email or WhatsApp. As a result, we were left waiting outside the building for a long time in the middle of the night. We had to ask neighbors for help, and eventually a neighbor contacted the landlord, who came in person and opened the door for us at around 5:00 AM. The stay itself was pleasant, but the check-in process was very stressful and could have been avoided if the instructions had been sent in advance.
