You can't beat this price for a studio apartment with a kitchen and private bathroom! The owner and staff were very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. It's located within walking distance of the Waterfront Mall, if you don't mind walking about 2 miles each way. There you will find shops and restaurants.
My only suggestions would be to at least have the television hooked up to some kind of signal instead of simply using it as a monitor. The kitchen appliances could use an upgrade. The 2-burner stove is fine, but there is no working oven. A toaster oven would be a great addition. The microwave is also in need of replacement.
