冷蔵庫や電子レンジ、無料のコーヒーメーカーやウォーターサーバーがあって、とても便利だった。 部屋も綺麗で、駅からも近くとても満足してます。 機械でチェックインする際に名前を入力してくださいと出ますが、ホテルからメールで来る数字を入れればいいだけでした！(ずっと名前で入力していてチェックインできず...)チェックインする際に少し時間がかかりましたが、そのほかは不便もなくとても良かったです！

Cleanliness and comfort. The bed and pillow even the duvet are soft i had a great sleep.

None everything is amazing

Linda was very attentive and helped us with everything we needed. We had to stay one extra day, and we were able to arrange it very easily and quickly. The accommodation was very good—better than a hotel for me, because you get to experience a bit of Korean life hehe. Very happy with everything

Nothing but in the future could have a small tv but for me it was great because we have a laptop.

Cuando llegué tenía un problema con la lectura de mi documento de identidad pero felizmente una persona del hotel me ayudó rapidamente. En el cuarto, todo estaba muy ordenado y los productos como el shampoo y la loción de cuerpo eran de muy buena calidad. También tenía una maquina de café y de agua en todo momento operativa. Finalmente, me gustó mucho el hecho de brindarme la información muy clara para el acceso con la debida anticipación.
