Localização e infra estrutura do flat são excelentes
Apanhar uma das senhas foi um tanto complicado, mas ao final foi resolvido. Como ainda obras estão sendo concluídas, os elevadores sempre estão sujos, mas nada que não possa ser compreendido.

Localizacao muito boa. Limpeza do local. facilidade de acesso e segurança. Banheiro amplo.
Banheiro entupido assim que entrei no local. Eu precisei desentupir por conta propria, pois nao tive suporte (mandei mensagem para anfitriao -- nao respondido). Nao tem ducha higienica no banheiro -- falta de materiais basicos como frigideira, sal, oleo, pois sao coisas que nao se compra para ficar pouco tempo.
