La posizione ottima e la stanza ben arredata. Ottima anche la presenza del condizionatore

C’era la macchinetta del caffè senza cialde e senza tazze, non c’erano saponi in bagno. Abbiamo inoltre comunicato un orario del check in ma le signore delle pulizie hanno ritardato e quindi siamo entrati più di mezz’ora dopo (non è un problema ma bastava avvisare precedentemente su whatsapp visto che ci sentivamo per accordarci sull’orario )

Posizione ottima in una via molto carina e comoda. Personale estremamente gentile disponibile. Camera non grandissima ma funzionale e abbastanza pulita.

Abbiamo riscontrato un po’ di rumore proveniente dal bagno, probabilmente dovuto agli inquilini del piano di sopra, però nulla di insostenibile.

Es war leider oberflächlich sauber aber kleine Sachen waren dann doch dreckig.( Flecken auf dem Bettlacken, Verpackungen unterm Bett, leider kein Besen zum kehren)

It’s hard to imagine a better location, right in the city center, yet tucked away in a quiet corridor.

There are a few things that could be improved. First, whenever anyone turns on the water, whether in your apartment or a neighbouring one, the pump becomes extremely loud and can wake up the entire building. Second, we stayed for a week and asked for basic items such as extra toilet paper and fresh sheets. We were told these would only be provided with an additional €40 cleaning service, which we found completely unreasonable, especially for something as basic as toilet paper. The cleaning itself also felt very superficial—they seemed to do only the bare minimum as quickly as possible, just so the room could technically be considered cleaned. Finally, the room is much smaller than it appears in the photos. The bathroom is essentially part of the bedroom and is located right next to the bed. The apartment also has a sliding entrance door, so you can hear everything happening in the hallway. Overall, the soundproofing is practically non-existent.
