Hidden Gem Near NYC Modern & Cozy

This is a great place to stay! It’s been newly updated and it looks very attractive and has nice features. The rooms are very clean and offer a lot of amenities, including AC, plenty of towels, hair products & body wash in the shower, different lighting options (bright and lowlight), spacious closets, plenty of beds which are comfortable, lots of storage cabinets in the bathroom, a big living room with a large wraparound couch, a large TV, eating places for 8, a kitchen equipped with a full size fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, a keurig, plus plenty of storage for your food, the basics for eating and cooking, and more. It worked out very well for our family of 6. The location is also great and is in a quiet, safe neighborhood. We were also able to take the ferry to Staten Island across to NYC, so we appreciated that convenience. The host, George, is amazing!!! He is an excellent communicator and was great to work with. He is very friendly and accommodating. We even had an issue with our van, and he said he could recommend some people to help us with it. He went out of his way to make sure our stay was great. We would stay here again if we are ever in this area in the future. The only thing to be aware of is the parking is tight, but we managed it with our minivan. However, I don’t think bigger vehicles would work, such as a full size van, though you could ask George. :)
