STAYOO SUITES - Seattle Secret Garden

Location location location , space, convenience

Lack of quality in basics:some minor broken items

Good amenities in the apartment

Parking space and location

The location was good (easy access to Fred Hutch clinic on South Lake Union). The room was clean and comfortable.

WiFi was a nightmare so internet access & TV were unavailable most of Tuesday. We booked a room with WIFI so my husband could work but until we got solid access to a 2nd network (after multiple calls to hotel staff), he could do nothing. I believe we deserve to be compensated for his loss of ability to work!!! Also, both faucets (kitchen & bath) are loose, making them awkward to use. No dish soap… and whatever that fake flower thing is on the living room wall, it needs to go! Our hair kept getting tangled in it & it’s a giant dust collector. The bedroom closet stinks so we couldn’t hang clothes in it - likely because the vacuum cleaner is stored there.
