La petite maison a du charme, elle est bien décorée et surtout extrêmement bien placée dans le centre de Josselin, à proximité d'une boulangerie, de superbes restaurants, du canal et du château.
Seulement un petit détail : le rideau de l'entrée est un peu petit et, comme la maison est située au bord d'une rue passante, on manque un peu d'intimité.
