The house was great. Habib was a very helpful host. He was on time to hand on the key, give advice where to go. The location is right next to a beach. It's only 10min away. You can go to the center of Agadir by bus or taxis. It's 20min away with the car as well. Otherwise, you can visit other places such as Taghazout (only 25min away). The house also was clean, you can dry your clothes upstairs in the roof, where you can also enjoy a beautiful view from the top. It is safe there. The neighbors are also kind.
The fish-odor coming from the factories next to the apartment was sometimes strong. Also there was no oven in the kitchen, but it's fine, other facilities were great :)

Excellent séjour ! Le propriétaire était présent à notre arrivée pour nous accueillir, ce qui a été très apprécié. Très gentil, réactif et disponible tout au long du séjour. Le logement était propre, confortable, bien équipé et conforme à la description. L’emplacement est agréable et le rapport qualité-prix est excellent. Nous avons passé un très bon moment et reviendrons avec plaisir. Je recommande vivement cet hébergement
