El apartamento es bastante nuevo, el tener parking con acceso por ascensor, la ubicación del que permite ir en un paseo de 15 minutos al centro, la conexión a Internet.
El encontrarnos sábanas si cambiar, una lavadora llena de ropa sin sacar, los baños sin limpiar, poco menaje (no hay vasos y muy po os cubiertos). El trato con quien gestiona el piso, muy malo, nada agradable.

숙소 위치나 집에서 보이는 뷰는 매우 좋았습니다. 숙소는 방 2개 화장실 2개로 성인 6명까지 충분히 편하게 지낼 수 있습니다. 아파트가 신축이고 입구 라운지나 엘리베이터 등 건물 시설이 깨끗하고 좋습니다. 호스트가 체크 아웃 시간을 1시간 정도 조정하는 부탁을 들어주었습니다.
화장실 청소가 아예 안 되어 있었습니다. 평생 여행하면서 지낸 숙소 중에 가장 더러운 화장실이었습니다. 심지어 화장실에 있는 휴지통도 비워져 있지 않았습니다. 변기에 대변 소변 자국이 구역질 나는 수준이었습니다.. 세탁기와 건조기에 수건과 침구가 가득 채워져 있었는데, 세탁기 안 세탁물은 탈수만 된 상태로 그대로 있었고, 건조기 안의 세탁물도 덜 말라서 냄새가 났습니다. 좋은 위치의 신축 아파트에 인테리어도 신경 쓴 숙소였는데, 안타깝게도 위생 상태가 정말 실망스러웠습니다.
