Valley View Haven with Private Pool Access

The holiday house is in the little rural village of Butkovici between Pula and Rovinj in the inland area. The outdoor area is on a slope and with a view of the green valley and forest. The house is fenced in and closed off by a garden gate. You can enjoy your well-deserved holiday and your privacy in the private pool in an L shape (30m²). The garden provides a grill, sun loungers, parasols, a swing and seesaw, as well as a solar shower. You can park vehicles on the park next to it, also belonging to the owner. The adjacent neighbouring stone house is not occupied. The owner lives 15kms away, but is available at any time to answer any queries. The holiday house is in the midst of the village, surrounded by typical Istrian stone houses and ruins. The stylishly furnished holiday house on two floors was completely renewed in 2017/18. It offers comfortable and modern rooms but with many rustic details. The large living and dining room of around 50m² with a built-in kitchen is on the ground floor, along with a bedroom with two single beds (80cm wide) and a bathroom with a toilet and shower. There is also a storage room for a washing machine and various household items. Stairs lead to the first floor with two further bedrooms and a bathroom with a bath and toilet. There is an additional sofa bed in the living room for 2 persons (160 x 190cm). The holiday house is generously equipped, but please enquire if you need anything in particular for your holiday stay. The nearest beaches are about 12km away. You can also visit the popular towns Fazana, Rovinj, Pula and Brijuni National Park, where countless sights from Roman times await you and where you will be well taken care of gastronomically. There are shopping facilities in the nearest village 1km away and a large supermarket in Vodnjan about 5km away. We look forward to meeting you.
