Since the only grocery store is very far, they could have had minimal toiletries/ shower essentials - only dispenser holders were available. Also for the kitchen a few salt/pepper/coffee pods/sugar are usually a nice-to-have. The hosting company was awful - did not provide towels for our smaller child (1,9yrs) - and we understand that mistakes can be made no problem there - but when I asked they were saying we entered her age incorrectly, and Booking does not report babies as guests (like I should have known) and it was my fault that I did not enter her age correctly - which I did and also sent a screenshot. After some hours of negotiating, and being very aimed at contradicting rather than supporting - they offered recommendations that next time enter her at bigger age.... Solution was for us to go to another city, practically, to pick up extra towels from a wharehouse of the cleaning company 🙁 and since we were not heading there said "maybe tomorrow?" I was so surprised by this unhelpful attitude which was more a fight to prove me wrong rather than a support given in a very simple situation where I only reported that we were missing some towels for our youngest... They eventually sent some towels in the third day... Also I didnt like the many "you break it you buy it" and all the numerous warnings not to damage anything, which is ofcourse something everybody avoids....
