Luxury 1BR Munyaka Lagoon Living Stay

Nice apartment, nice location, nice estate, very secure.

Not sure if it's because I booked on the day of arrival, but the apartment was not properly cleaned,I hate to say this, but I saw & squashed 2 roaches just 5 minutes after arrival, the carpet and some glasses were not properly clean. 🤦🏾‍♂️ The listed phone number was not working,& there was no response when I messaged in the app, had to call the app customer service number and was about to cancel the booking due to lack of communication, if all instructions were given upon confirmation of booking e.g entry codes, where to find key, it would have been helpful or just a working contact number. It was atleast after an hour after my requested arrival time of 17:00 that I was contacted which meant I had to drive back after having left as I was already arranging alternative accommodation. I didn't like having to message or call the host for a new entry/exit code each time I go out (don't like unnecessarily bothering people at awkward times ) I wish I was given a code that remains active for the duration of the stay but I guess it's for security reasons.
