Azalea at Greenway Woods

We had a pleasant and comfortable stay. The facilities were great and conducive for relaxation.

However, our experience was soured after check-out when we were accused of taking a towel and a bowl. This was disappointing and felt unwarranted, especially as the items were of basic quality and not something we would take. It’s unfortunate that this incident overshadowed what was otherwise a positive stay. I hope management addresses guest communication to ensure future visitors don’t have the same experience

I love this place, I have lived there before and always have a good experience. Good value for money and the grounds are beautiful.

I received a warm welcome upon arrival. The staff at the entrance were friendly, professional, and eager to assist, making for a very pleasant first impression.

There was a gardener, or someone I believe was part of the grounds staff, who kindly assisted me by carrying my bags to my suite. He was extremely friendly, courteous, and willing to help. His assistance was greatly appreciated and added to the excellent service I received.
