Unit is in the close vicinity of Monash University and has 4 toilets
Cleanliness of the house. There were spider webs on outside of windows. Backyard was no clean, lots of grass and weeds in backyard made it unusable. The access to garage is quite narrow and has a sharp turn. You need to be extremely careful while manoeuvring a 7 seater SUV that we had There is no clothes dryer in laundry, no wardrobe in the master bedroom on ground floor. I had to pick up temporary rack from kmart that was organised by staff and I had to assemble it by myself to use it without necessary hand tools like a screwdriver.
The circuit breaker would trip if we run aircon, dishwasher and washing machine together.
