für eine Monteurswohnung gut ausgestattet. Vorteilhaft war die Waschmaschine. Die Wohnung war groß, verfügte über eine ansprechende Küche. Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte über Schlüsselsafe, diese war völlig unkompliziert.
Verschiedene Utensilien für die Küche fehlten, z.B. kleine Löffel, ein Sieb oder auch eine Schere. Die Betten waren relativ unbequem, da die Matratze recht dünn war und man das Lattenrost teilweise spürte.
