Apartament położony w lesie, na obrzeżach Tallina. 10 minut od przystanku skąd można złapać autobus miejski do centrum. Wygodna kanapa i telewizor z Netflix i konsolą Xbox yo zdecydowane atuty tego miejsca.
Domek letniskowy wynajmowany raczej okazjonalnie, obok dom i warsztat właściciela - brakuje uczucia prywatności. Miejsca do spania na antresoli przypominają bardziej „domek na drzewie” niż pokój. Nastolatek będzie zadowolony, ale raczej nie najdalej się to do spania dla młodszych dzieci lub dorosłych z uwagi na mało miejsca i brak barierek oraz innych zabezpieczeń. Kuchnia nowoczesna, ale sprzęty nie były kompletne.
