The property was in a convenient location, and the staff were responsive and tried their best to address the issues that came up during my stay. The apartment had good potential and was spacious enough for a longer visit.

Unfortunately, my stay did not meet my expectations. The back door leading to the balcony was not working properly, the washing machine leaked water, and on my first day the shower faucet in the bathroom was broken. In addition, the cleaning service was not completed at the expected time. I believe the property should be thoroughly inspected before it is offered to guests for short-term stays to ensure that everything is in proper working order. While I appreciate the staff’s efforts to help, I wish these issues had been resolved before my arrival. I also think it would be better to provide guests with a fixed cleaning appointment rather than a broad time window, since many people are on vacation and need to plan their day around rest and activities outside the property.
