Crea Kastraki Seaview Suite

Good apartment, new property, nice to have 2 balconies. Well equipped, including a washing machine. Fairly close to beaches and a couple of tavernas. Good base for a week on Naxos but you need a car to get there and the island is well worth exploring.

The instructions to get there weren’t clear enough - we were sent a Google Maps link which took us to the short road but didn’t clarify exactly where the apartment was and it was only after asking a neighbour we discovered it was upstairs above another property. The apartment was advertised as having a fully equipped kitchen but it only had an electric hob with 2 rings, a microwave, a toaster and coffee machine and a kettle. We were therefore unable to cook even a pizza and ended up eating out more than we had intended. We contacted the owner who offered a reduction but the approach proposed didn’t feel appropriate. Nothing to sit on in the small balcony and some cushions missing on the sofas on the main balcony.
