Apartment was same shown in pictures it was neat and clean and host was very cooperative

Apartment was neat and clean spot less Feel like home

The property is same as the pictures. However, these pictures are old and the property is not in the same state anymore. Many lights in the apartment are not working. the bathrooms are worn out. Generally dirty feel from the bathroom and kitchen.

I was suppose to check-in at 2pm, however since I was travel for very far distance I reach at 6pm. By this time uou would expect the apartment to be clean and ready for me to move in. However that was not the case. I had to wait for the caretaker to come and clean the apartment. Also the staff had a very bad attitude in general. The bed had already been slept in and no sheets or pillow covers changed. Had the specifically ask the caretaker to change it all.
