Petit Clos d'Hélix

La casa è spaziosa, confortevole e ha un fascino proprio da casa in campagna. La posizione è ottima, in pochi minuti di macchina si raggiunge Noyer sur Sereine (bellissimo paesino) dove si trovano servizi essenziali, in meno di mezz'ora si è al supermercato. Bagni nuovissimi, grandi e molto puliti. Il giardino grandissimo, la veranda vetrata e il parecheggio interno chiuso sono plus che fanno la differenza.

Piccole difficoltà con la serratura della porta, ma tutto facilmente risolvibile.

An absolutely wonderful property in a perfect location with lovely hosts who were extremelyhelpful. It is a large stone built property with large open living spaces and a large conservatory which was perfect for enjoying the summer weather. The new shower rooms were excellent. Very large lawned garden surrounded by stone walls and perfectly enclosed which was ideal for the dogs. It was great to hear the history of the property which was built and lived in for many years by an architect member of the family. The little hamlet the property is in is delightful, with lovely riverside walks. There are lots of walks or cycle rides along quiet lanes out of the hamlet with the charming village of Noyers just 3 miles away with an excellent traditional boulangerie, butchers and mini supermarket. And Chablis and lots of other places of interest are just a short drive away. Absolutely perfect in every way - we hope to be back in the future.
