Ballito Blue Escape at Ocean Club Zimbali Lakes

What I liked about Ocean Club was the excellent level of security. The place felt very safe, and the overall environment was really good for a holiday. It was a peaceful and enjoyable place to stay.

What I did not like was the difficulty accessing the place because the access code was sent through several emails, making it difficult to locate. It would have been much easier if the access code, like the QR code, had also been sent via WhatsApp. Also, when I needed assistance and was struggling to locate the code, no one answered the phone. I would suggest having someone on standby or an after-hours contact person to assist guests whenever they experience any difficulties.

Clean. Security. Staff at the pool cafe. Aircon.

It was smaller than we thought. View. No proper balcony.

Comfortable bed, good location near grocery shops, amazing bachelor flat overall with a huge tv screen. The host is kind and constantly intouch with you if you need something.
