House was nice design and size, close to beach. Appears the house has been recently renovated so modern kitchen/ bathrooms and furniture.
When we arrived the gas appliances did not work, we had to find the gas meter and turn gas on. There was no hot water - the hot water booster was turned off. There was no wifi password provided (contacted host to get), batteries in the TV and one aircon remote were dead so we replaced with our own whilst there. There are no BBQ facilities and the garden is overgrown and a mess.
