5036 Shoreway Loop 105

It was a very convenient location close to Sea World, OCC, Universal Epic and the local Publix. These condos are very spacious and comfortable. I loved being able to prepare food, relax and watch a movie at night. On previous visits we loved the pool, game room, bbq etc. I loved the convenience of doing laundry during my trip. I would stay at Vista Cay again and highly recommend it in a heartbeat. I would however ask ahead of time if the condo I was staying in had the ability to regulate the temperature - or was it locked out by smart thermostat.

It was very frustrating that the Thermostat was pre-set to 75 degrees. It was ridiculously hot for October < 93 degrees and you were unable to set the thermostat to a comfortable level. Thank goodness the unit had separate box fans to run or you would have melted. The hallways in the building were much cooler than the condo. I wish they could have had a separate add on charge but let you adjust thermostat. One day required 3 showers to get through without being nauseous from being too hot.

Casiola notified me 2 days before arrival that the unit had leaking and changed to 3 bedrooms apartment at no extra charge. The new apartment was bigger, clean and well maintained.

The wifi speed is very slow.
