Отличное расположение , все в шаговой доступности , удобства в номере , кровать и постель 10 из 10 , уютный внутренний дворик и чистый бассейн .

К сожалению если на завтрак приходишь после 9.00 , практически ничего нет , завтрак разнообразный , но блюда не обновляют , хотя можно было добавить для гостей , в это время еще много народу приходили и были разочарованы .

Large, spacious room with comfortable beds. Bathroom was fine, shower worked and had hot water. Wifi, aircon and lift worked (when electricity was available), and fridge provided on request. Staff were friendly, communicated with us in advance of our stay, and were flexible with payment. Small fridge at Reception available to buy drinks/snacks from. ATM outside. Pool area was really nice and pool was well-maintained (though not lit at night). Nice area of Tashkent, fairly quiet and walkable to centre, restaurants and shops. Good value, especially if everything works. Ultimately, this is a nice hotel, with a really nice pool, as long as they sort out the handful of things that disappoint but could be easily fixed.

The key card to activate electricity in or room didn't work consistently and the whole hotel went into full blackout at least once during our one-night stay, (though, being Tashkent, this may have been an issue beyond the hotel's control). Staff also failed to provide me with registration on departure, despite it being a legal requirement. (This is common at smaller hotels/guesthouses in Tashkent and rarely causes issues at border control. Though it could, if you're unlucky.) There were evidently people smoking in their rooms on our floor, despite this too being illegal.
