The location was perfect, close to supermarkets, the strip and a beach. We could practically walk everywhere, but Old Town is still pretty far away. We loved the big balcony and the smaller balconys in the bedrooms. All 3 airconditioners worked perfectly. The swimmingspool was calm and big, very relaxing to sunbath. The WiFi also worked surprisingly well.
Some of the things were broken, such as the roller shutter, the oven, chairs, the sofa bed. The shower almost never had hot water, we mostly had to shower with cold water. Also the seagulls were annoying and kept stealing the food from our balcony (this is unavoidable).

The balcony was amazing and in a great location for the supermarket and bars and restaurants
It was poorly maintained. Blocked toilet sink Broken bedroom furniture Broken toilet seat Damaged and loose fitting door frames Washing machine door broken so wouldn’t open and had to wash clothes in the sink General poor maintenance was apparent and this could be an amazing property if it was cared for. The layout was good but with so many faults to pick from it it difficult to like this properly
