Very clean without the toxic cleaner smells. Couch fold out was already made up and fairly comfy for one person and the patio was peaceful. The host lives above with kids but there was only some noise in the morning and not too early and not very long. The shower and bathroom is very small, larger ppl will need to consider. It was convenient to Victoria with a car and easy parking. Beautiful neighborhood too. The washer dryer was very much appreciated as well.

A very clean and functional accommodation. We really appreciated the access to the yard and patio as well as the views all the way to Mt. Baker. As birders, the location next to a good birding spot was amazing.
The noises from the floor above can be heard quite clearly so this might not be the best option to those who like to go to bed early. On the otherwise comfortable bed, the pillows were massive, so they were a strain for the neck. The response times from the host were slightly slow.
