About this apartment rental
Cocoonr offers this charming 42 m² air-conditioned flat for rent in Saint-François, Guadeloupe, less than a kilometre from the beach. It has a shared swimming pool and can accommodate up to 3 people. Wifi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
Located on the ground floor, the accommodation comprises:
- 27 m² living room with TV, sleeping area with double sofa bed and king-size bed (180×200)
- Kitchenette with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have provided the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, fan.
Outside:
- A 36 m² south-facing terrace,
- A 75 m² private enclosed garden with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
Common area of the residence:
- A 600 m² swimming pool (shared, unheated) open all year round, fenced with access via a security gate.
The flat is ideally located in Saint-François, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Saint-François Casino 800 m away (9-minute walk).
- La Rotonde market and Saint-François marina 1.5 km away (18 minutes on foot).
- La Douche beach 4.7 km away (7 minutes by car).

Founded in 1963 during a Franciscan mission, Saint-François has become one of the most developed tourist centres in Guadeloupe.
- Sights: Pointe des Châteaux, the white-sand Raisins Clairs beach and Anse à la Gourde beach. For a beach sensation: La Douche is made up of small pools and you can be splashed by the ebb and flow of the waves.
- Sports activities: all kinds of water sports, diving sessions to discover the seabed, walks along the sandy beaches...
- Cultural visits: excursions to the islands of Marie-Galante and Désirade, visits to the town's fine arts museum...

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private car park, which is secure with an access code. The parking space in the flat is numbered.

- Saint François bus station 1.6 km away (19 minutes on foot).
- Saint François airport, 1 km away (12 minutes on foot).
- Car hire available at the airport.

- Swimming pool: all children must be supervised by a parent. Opening dates non-contractual and subject to favourable weather conditions.
- The garden, which overlooks the port, offers a remarkable view but is very uneven. Although the walls and gates are up to standard, extra vigilance is required, especially with children, who must not be left unsupervised.
- The lower garden is not secure and is not part of the rental property. Access to it is strictly forbidden. Any breach of this rule will be the sole responsibility of the occupants, with no possibility of recourse against the property.
- Pets accepted, for an extra charge of €15/stay, one pet only (cat or dog). Please specify when booking.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
