With nearby cafés, restaurants, the biggest beach clubs (Atlas Beach Club & Finns Beach Club), surf breaks, yoga studios, padel courts, and supermarkets all within a 3 km radius, you are spoilt for choice.
This two-floor villa features a private pool, an open living room, fast Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, and an outdoor dining area.
**The space**
- The villa is set over two floors with stairs (not ideal for guests with mobility issues).
- The living area is fully enclosed and air-conditioned.
- Expect a tropical environment—you may occasionally see geckos, lizards, or insects despite regular cleaning.
- Housekeeping is available daily (once per day, by request or agreed time).
- Towels and bed linens are changed every 3–4 days; extra changes can be arranged if needed (subject to availability or charge).
- External security cameras cover the entrance and parking only (no indoor cameras or security guard).
**Guest access**
Guests will have complete access to the villa with all facilities and amenities, including private parking for one car or two scooters/motorbikes.
**Other things to note**
- **Towels & bed linen:** Towels and bed linens are refreshed every 3–4 days. If you’d like an additional change during your stay, please message us, and we’ll do our best to arrange it (subject to availability and/or an additional charge).
- **Air-conditioned living area:** The living/common area is fully enclosed and air-conditioned for your comfort.
- **Tropical environment:** Bali is a tropical island, so it’s normal to occasionally see geckos, lizards, insects, or other wildlife. They’re harmless and part of everyday life here.
- **Cleanliness:** We take cleanliness seriously, and the villa is thoroughly cleaned before every stay.
- **Security cameras:** The villa has external security cameras covering the entrance and parking areas only. There are no indoor cameras.
**FAQs**
**Q: What time is check-in?**
A: Check-in is from 15:00. Arriving earlier? No problem—you’re welcome to drop your luggage and start exploring while we prepare the villa. Early check-in may be available depending on occupancy, but it can’t be guaranteed.
**Q: What time is check-out?**
A: Check-out is by 11:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge:
- 11:00–15:00: 50% of the daily rate
- After 15:00: 100% of the daily rate
If you need to store your luggage after check-out, please message us, and we’ll advise what’s possible.
**Q: Do you provide daily housekeeping?**
A: Yes—housekeeping is available once per day at a time that suits you. The host does not live on-site.
**Q: Can we have extra clean towels?**
A: For eco-friendly reasons, towels are changed every 3–4 days. If you’d like a change sooner, please leave used towels on the floor so our team can collect them.
**Q: How often are bed linens changed?**
A: Bed linens are changed every 3–4 days.
**Q: What is the maximum occupancy for this villa?**
A: The villa is set up for 6 guests. Extra guests are USD 30 per person, per night (from age 2+, no extra bed). A maximum of 2 extra guests is allowed.
