The Schafhaus vacation rental is located on the upper floor of a quiet house—in a unique setting right on the dike. Here you can enjoy a relaxing vacation in a bright, welcoming atmosphere.
The heart of the apartment is the open-concept living and dining area, featuring a cozy sofa, a small dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen. From here, a small hallway leads to the two bedrooms—one with a double bed, the other with two single beds. The bathroom is comfortably equipped with a shower, bathtub, and toilet.
An adjacent utility room with a washing machine is available for your use free of charge. In the garden, a private seating area invites you to relax, and two parking spaces are located right next to the house.
Please note: The entryway on the first floor is shared with the homeowners. Children under 13 and dogs are not permitted in the Schafhaus vacation rental. Minsen – Relaxation in the Countryside, Right Next to the North Sea

The health resort of Minsen (Zone 2) is subject to a visitor’s tax. Therefore, a visitor’s tax must be paid on site. This tax is based on the number of people, their ages, and the length of stay. Information on the high and low seasons and the corresponding rates can be found on the Wangerland Tourism website.
The following are exempt from the visitor’s tax:
a) Children up to and including 3 years of age.
b) Severely disabled persons whose “degree of disability” (formerly: reduction in earning capacity) is 100% according to an official ID card.
c) Severely disabled persons who, according to their official ID card, are completely dependent on constant assistance (marked with a “B” on the ID card). This means: regardless of the degree of disability (e.g., GdB 80% and designation “B”).
d) Companions of severely disabled persons who, according to their official ID card, are completely dependent on constant assistance.
Additional services that can be booked directly with the landlord upon request for a separate fee:
- Bed linens: €18.00 one-time fee
- Towels: €10.00 one-time fee
