Built in 2022, this vacation home is located in the “best part” of Fuhlendorf, where you can find the peace and relaxation you’ve been longing for. Recharge your batteries completely! The location right on the Bodden offers a very special atmosphere, as the view of the countryside and the water is truly unique. Enjoy unforgettable moments on the terrace behind the house.

On the first floor, you’ll find a combined living and dining area that’s tastefully and comfortably designed. Wi-Fi and Magenta TV with Netflix are available free of charge in the accommodation. The adjacent kitchen area invites you to indulge yourself; thanks to the high-quality, fully equipped appliances, it leaves nothing to be desired. On this floor, you’ll also find a bathroom with a window and a shower.

The upper floor of the house features two bedrooms. One bedroom has a comfortable, high-quality box-spring bed with an adjoining walk-in closet, as well as a desk and a smart TV. The second bedroom has two single beds, a built-in closet, and a smart TV as well. The spacious bathroom, featuring a window and a walk-in shower with a modern concrete-look finish, rounds out the high standard of this accommodation.

Outside, there are two parking spaces available, as well as a lockable storage room in the garden shed. The property is fully fenced.

Sailors and fans of other water sports can really enjoy themselves here on the Bodden. A short four-minute walk from the house is a small swimming spot with a sandy beach. The harbor is also within walking distance. You’re just a 15-minute drive from the stunning, endless beaches of the Baltic Sea near Zingst and Prerow.
