The “Utkiek” vacation home is located in the Bockholm district of Glücksburg, right by the sea and just about 30 meters from the water. The property is located right on the beachfront, features private beach access with a dock, and offers views of the beach and the sea. Thanks to its quiet location, the vacation home is particularly well-suited for anyone who appreciates being just steps away from the water—from an early morning walk to a relaxing day at the beach. The beach is a pebble beach, so you can enjoy your time by the sea as well as activities right at the water’s edge.
With a floor area of 90 m² and 3 bedrooms, the vacation home can accommodate up to 6 guests. It also features a comfortable bathroom with a shower, making daily life pleasant even for larger groups. The amenities are designed for comfort: bed linens, hand towels, and bath towels are provided, as well as a starter kit. The house is designated as a non-smoking property and features a private, detached lot measuring 600 m². Since the property is fenced and child- and dog-safe, children and pets can safely enjoy the surroundings. Privacy screens are provided for all windows to ensure additional privacy. The covered terrace and an additional terrace area allow you to enjoy the day flexibly—ideal for taking in the view of the surroundings, relaxing after returning from the beach, or preparing for a barbecue in the garden.
