...that’s our motto. As we all know, it doesn’t take much to be happy. Especially not when you’re by the sea.
That’s why our small but charming half of a vacation home, not far from the Baltic Sea, offers a space for rest and relaxation.
Using natural materials, high-quality built-in furniture, and thoughtful details, we’ve created a cozy retreat.
The covered south-facing terrace invites you to sit and daydream in the fresh air.
Whether as a couple or a small family, you can escape the daily grind here. And if you’d like to bring friends or other family members along, why not rent the other half of the house as well?
There’s a parking space right next to the house, and additional parking is available directly across the street. You can store bicycles or other items in the garden shed.
The child-friendly Baltic Sea beach with a gentle slope into the water is only about 600 meters away and easily accessible on foot. The sandy beach is supervised by the DLRG during peak season and offers a large playground, a mini-golf course, and a
small kiosk and café (serving, for example, delicious waffles and soft-serve ice cream, as well as coffee and various cold drinks).
The Hanseatic city of Wismar is a 10-minute drive away and offers not only a beautiful old town and fresh fish at the harbor but also numerous shopping opportunities.
