The vacation apartment, with approximately 45m² of living space, is ideally equipped for 2 people (it can also accommodate 3 people). 1 living room with dining area, cozy corner sofa, armchair, 1 flat-screen TV, kitchenette (ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster), in the attic (accessible via a staircase from the apartment) is the sleeping loft with 1 double bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m), a single bed (windows in the sleeping area can be completely blacked out), a closet, and a TV; a bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink, and mirror; non-smoking apartment; pets allowed; parking space at the building.

Free Wi-Fi is available in the apartment. Exterior shutters are located in the living room. Centrally located yet quiet in Duhnen; the sandy beach is about 200 meters away.
