Apartment 13 is located on the first floor of Haus Pacific, right on the promenade with a view of the North Sea and the mudflats. The beach, the promenade, and the center of Cuxhaven Duhnen (with its various restaurants and shopping options) are just a few minutes’ walk away.

This spacious two-room apartment, with approximately 70 m² of living space, is fully equipped to accommodate up to 4 people. 1 bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe, living room with a modern built-in kitchen (ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer), a sleeper sofa in the living room, 1 satellite TV, 1 large balcony (facing north, with a direct view of the lake), an indoor pool, an elevator, and a covered parking space directly in front of the building. No pets allowed; non-smoking.

Free Wi-Fi is available in the apartment. The swimming pool can be used free of charge. Views of the North Sea, shopping, and various restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity. Enjoy the spaciousness and openness of our vacation homes and the relaxing atmosphere by the North Sea.
The trash chute is located on the 2nd, 4th, 6th, and 8th floors, one flight of stairs down.

The swimming pool will be closed from January 5, 26, through February 27, 26, due to annual deep cleaning.
