Philippe’s House 150m from the Beach

Charming semi-detached house ideally located in La Tranche-sur-Mer, just 150 m from the beach and 500 m from the town center and shops. With 45 m² over two floors, it comfortably accommodates 4 guests in two bedrooms and offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday.



Street-side terrace with outdoor furniture, parasol, and grill/plancha. Garage for bikes and on-site parking are available.



The house is carefully prepared; please respect the space.



Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided for an extra fee. Even if you choose the cleaning option, you are asked to leave the house tidy, wash, dry, and put away dishes, clean the stovetop, and take out all trash and waste.



Check-in is between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. You will be welcomed at the agency for key collection and rental instructions. Please inform us of your approximate arrival time via the booking site messaging on the morning of your stay.



Please do not subscribe to internet options such as video-on-demand services; if not respected, additional fees may apply.



Parties are strictly prohibited. Pets are allowed under certain conditions; please contact us via the booking site messaging.



Only household waste should be placed in the bins and taken out for collection twice a week. Other waste (glass, cans, cardboard, plastics, etc.) must be taken to the town’s recycling containers.
