Step out onto your private terrace, equipped with 2 sun loungers, dining table, and awning for sun protection—a perfect spot to relax. Please note that noise, loud music, and any kind of party are strictly prohibited.



A shared garage space is included for a small car and a motorcycle. Vehicles that exceed the white boundary lines of the parking space must park outside the property. One pet is allowed. No events are permitted, and as this is a quiet, family-friendly environment, noise and loud music are not allowed after 9:00 pm. Check-in is not permitted for guests under 30 or groups of friends. There is no elevator in the building.



The property is 25 minutes by train from central Barcelona (Plaça Catalunya), with the station and beach just a 7-minute walk away. El Masnou offers a beach and marina area with excellent dining options. Public transport is very close, with bus and train zone 2. Please note, some streets in Masnou are steep, which may be important for older guests.
