This well-presented apartment features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, including a master with ensuite. Both the master bedroom and outdoor entertaining area enjoy a lovely outlook across the marina.
The living area opens effortlessly outdoors, ideal for entertaining or unwinding by the water. The ground floor position enhances accessibility, with a wheelchair-friendly main bathroom. A heat pump/air-conditioning unit provides year-round comfort,.
The bedding includes one Super King bed and two Singles, which can be combined to form a King, offering flexible sleeping arrangements.
For those interested in bringing a boat - the apartment includes its own 8 metre berth, with the boat ramp located right next door for added convenience. Berth hire must be arranged in advance for a fee.
*Please note - the gas fire is not operational. *The pool is only heated during summer, however the spa pool is available year-round.
Room Configuration -
Bedroom 1: 1 x Super King bed
Bedroom 2: 2 x Single beds (these can be made together as a king).
*If you require the single beds made as a king bed, you must let us know at least 7 days prior to your arrival.
House Rules and Information -
Parking: 2 x off street parking, including boat parking. There is one single parking space, and one long parking space, suitable for a boat/trailer.
*Security Cameras: There are security cameras set up within the complex, for security purposes. There are no cameras inside the apartment.
Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who provide professionally laundered linen & towels.
Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate.
STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.
