The Space:
The main floor has an open concept great room with two sitting areas and dining for 10, plus the kitchen, set where the church altar once stood, with two breakfast bars and full appliances. A main level king bedroom has an en suite shower, and a second main level bedroom has two queen beds across from a hallway bathroom with a tub and shower combo.
Upstairs, two more king bedrooms each have their own en suite bathroom and a ceiling fan.
Outside, a Haint blue painted front porch has seating for sunset conversations, and the backyard holds a screened in cabana with dining for up to 8. Three off street parking spaces are provided on site.
Washer and dryer are in a closet on the main floor. Central air conditioning and high speed WiFi are included throughout.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire home: all four bedrooms and bathrooms, the kitchen, dining room, both sitting rooms, the baby grand piano, the washer and dryer, the front porch, the screened cabana, the backyard, and the three off street parking spaces.
Entry is keyless, with instructions sent through the guest app before arrival. Please do not open locked closets, they hold linens and supplies for turnover.

The home sits on historic Mechanics Avenue in Thunderbolt, a riverfront Savannah neighborhood known for live oak canopied streets and shrimp boats on the Wilmington River. Savannah Bend Marina is about a 13 minute walk, Bonaventure Cemetery about 14 minutes, and Savannah State University about 15 minutes.
Nearby dining includes Tubby's Tank House, Desposito's Seafood, River Street Pizza Co., and The Wyld Dock Bar, with coffee at Foxy Loxy or The Coffee Fox.
Getting Around:
A car is recommended. Downtown Savannah, River Street, and Forsyth Park are each about 10 minutes away, Tybee Island's beaches about 20 minutes, and Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport about 25 minutes. Three off street parking spaces are provided, so street parking is never needed. Uber and Lyft are both readily available.
