About this chalet rental
Rated 2 stars We rent in a private and secure residential area with swimming pool, close to the city center, located about 20 minutes walk from the large beach of Lavandou. Chalet for 3 people of about 50 m2 on a plot of 200M2 comprising:
Living room. See photos. You have a dining area, a lounge area with TV.
The room is equipped with air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped and has washing machine and dishwasher.
Bedroom 1. See photos. A double bed of 140X190 with 2 bedside tables with lamps.
A large wardrobe with a wardrobe side.
The bedroom is equipped with air conditioning.
Bedroom 2. See photos. Two 90X200 beds with bedside tables and lamps. A wardrobe with wardrobe, a dresser and an office unit with lamp.PGJyPgAGJyPg

Sheets and linen not provided. Optional 60€
Shower room WC. See photos. Washbasin cabinet, mirror cabinet, small wall cupboard, electric towel rail, shower and toilet

You will be close to the swimming pool and the bowling green.
The swimming pool is open from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm and from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Closed on Saturdays.
The pool may be closed exceptionally for health, safety, or other reasons (such as entertainment)
You have air conditioning in all rooms. We ask you to use it making sure to close doors and windows.
Parties and events not allowed.
From 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. silence is required.
Ball games are not allowed.
Rental is for 4 people maximum and no additional people can be accepted. The rental is non-smoking.
We will be your neighbours because we live next to the rental. We welcome you and are present during your stay. You can therefore contact us easily. It will be a pleasure to inform you and help you if necessary.
We strongly advise you to check that you are well insured (holiday insurance) for the period of your rental.
In the event of emergency work on the estate, you may be subject to nuisance while repairs are carried out.
If it is impossible to use the rental during your stay, you will of course be reimbursed for the unused nights.
