It features three elegantly designed bedrooms (1 king bed and 2 queen beds) , two pristine bathrooms in the main house, with an additional cozy bedroom with king bed, full bathroom, kitchenette, and living room in the detached, stylish casita. Comfortably sleeping up to 8 guests, 10 with the queen size sleeper sofa in the casita. This house also provides access to additional beds upon request. Nestled in the heart of Lake Havasu City, It`s only 5 minutes to Windsor State park and boat launch. With a huge swimming pool, and covered bbq. It`s perfect for poolside entertainment. The side yard has a fire pit and corn hole boards for evening activities.

The garage boasts a tandem 34 ft. deep spot for your boat which is available at an additional fee.
The stairs and exterior deck are not permitted to guests.

Smoking is NOT allowed inside the house.

Pets are not allowed due to allergy reactions.

Only registered guests are allowed over night. If you have
had last minute changes and need to add a guest, please let
us know. We can be flexible, but please keep us informed.

We have beds for 8 people in the home. We do have a
air mattress available if you have made
arrangements.

Please be respectful of our neighbors. No late night noise
during the week past 10pm and 11pm on the weekends that is set by city ordinance. This is strictly enforced.
