Guest access
Guests will have full access to the entire townhome, including all 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, the kitchen, living areas, and private patio. You'll also enjoy exclusive access to the resort's amenities, such as the community pool, fitness center, and children's playground.

Parking is available directly in front of the townhome, and you'll receive a personalized access code for seamless, contactless check-in. The Azur Resort is a gated community with 24/7 security, ensuring a safe and private stay for you and your guests.

Additional Fees

No smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home. A minimum fine of $400 will be charged for violation.

No Third-Party Bookings: The person who booked the stay must stay in the property.

No Parties: Party and events are strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized gatherings will result in a fine of $1000.
