Located in an enviable position in the heart of the historic center, this holiday home combines the charm of local traditions with maximum convenience for travelers. Forget the car! The house is located at:
1 minute walk from Spiaggia della Purità (the only sandy beach in the ancient village).
A few steps from the beautiful Church of Saint Francis of Assisi .
Surrounded by the best typical restaurants and artisan shops.
The apartment is characterized by typical barrel vaults and essential but extremely functional furniture, ideal for those looking for a fresh and clean environment. Thanks to the double entrance , the house offers unique flexibility:
Entrance 1: Large air-conditioned dining room with double sofa bed.
Kitchen: Eat-in and fully equipped kitchen.
Bedroom: A spacious master double bedroom.
Entrance 2 (from the narrow road that leads directly to the beach): Independent access to a bedroom with a double sofa bed (perfect for those who want more privacy).
Services: A full bathroom and an additional second shower , essential for returning from the beach!

Natural cool: The thick stone walls and vaults guarantee a pleasant temperature even in summer.
Practicality: The double shower is a rare luxury in historic centers, perfect for groups of up to 6 people.
