The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and washbasin. An entrance area provides space for shoes and coats, also with a laminate floor. Guests can enjoy German television via a satellite dish, and the apartment is equipped with energy-efficient heating through a heat pump. Internet access (W-LAN) is available. One dog is allowed per apartment, and smoking is not permitted.
